St. George Chanters-Pascha

The Orthodox Church is unique in our modern times among the sea of Protestantism, having a completely sung Liturgy.

The music is not what's sacred in the Orthodox Church, it's the words we recite that's sacred. The music is really meant to fit the text. So when we talk about heaven, the voice goes up, and when you talk about hell or Hades or sin, it goes down. For instance (singing), “The company of the angels was amazed when they beheld the number among the dead.”

The below video is a part of our service we have following Pascha (our Easter)...

Welcome to the ancient path of Orthodox Christianity...

I've been asked numerous times..."what is the Orthodox Church?"...in a nutshell...

The Orthodox Church is Evangelical, but not Protestant, Orthodox, but not Jewish, catholic, but not Roman. It's not denominational, but pre-denominational. It has believed, preserved, proclaimed, defended and laid down its life for the Truth of the Holy Trinity and the Faith of the Apostles since the day of Pentecost.

I invite you to partake of this Holy Faith as I introduce you to the best kept secret in America...The Orthodox Christian Church...
